Al Majara kitchen

This project was a renovation of the old layout, a closed kitchen without openings.

The aim was to open up the new kitchen towards the living area, giving more light to the space and avoid the claustrophobic environment. By knocking down the preexisting walls we designed a freestanding kitchen.

The countertop develops itself into a bar area, allowing four people to sit. The minimalistic design, handle free and rectified junctions is emphasized by the full white looks.

The space becomes brighter and wider integrating itself into the living area. To boost this continuity the wooden floor is placed throughout the apartment, making it look as a whole pad.
