The Lakes - Maeen residence, 300 sqm, 2013, Dubai

The project goal was to redesign and rebuild the whole house into a new modern home. By opening and connecting the adjacent spaces, like the kitchen and the dining area through a wide glass window, we brought more light inside the house.

The whole floor was replaced with a high-endporcelain tile in the ground floor and parquet in the first floor.

The touch of color is given throughout the whole villa by the green walls either in vivid apple green in the dining area matching the Smeg fridge, a design piece specifically chosen for the area, or the lighter aqua green in the entrance area and inner ceilings.
